Spring Mountain Ranch State Park was once home to the Paiute Indians. The 520-acre area was also a luxurious ranch retreat to a few different owners. The park is a great area for picnicking, exploring and hiking. The picnicking area offers tables, grills and restrooms.
Spring Mountain Ranch State Park is located 15 miles west of Las Vegas, via Blue Diamond Rd., in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
